This Refund Policy outlines our commitment to client satisfaction and the terms for requesting refunds for our bespoke services.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to ensure every deliverable meets your expectations. If you are not satisfied with our work due to quality or accuracy issues, we will revise it at no additional cost within [7 days] of delivery, provided concerns are raised in writing. If revisions do not resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, subject to our review.

Refund Eligibility and Process

Refunds may be granted for non-delivery of services, significant errors unresolvable by revisions, or cancellation before work begins (subject to a [10%] administrative fee). Refunds are not available for completed work accepted without concerns within [7 days] or for changes in client requirements after work starts. To request a refund, email info@apvlexx.com within [7 days] of delivery with details of the issue. We will review your request within [5 business days] and process approved refunds via the original payment method within [10 business days]. Terms in signed service agreements take precedence.
